Scope
These terms apply when you visit https://notcodex.bpro.dev (the “Site”) or interact with the public Not Codex source repository. The Site is operated by Yossi Elkrief under the MaTrixy and BPro names (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Not Codex is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, T3 Tools Inc., or the T3 Code project. Codex is a product and brand of OpenAI.

Open-source software
The Not Codex source code is offered under the licenses and notices contained in its repository. Those license terms—not these Site terms—govern your use, copying, modification, and distribution of the software. The project’s names, logos, and visual identity are addressed separately in the repository’s trademark policy.

Your responsibilities
Not Codex can direct coding agents that execute commands and modify files. You are responsible for evaluating the source, securing your devices and credentials, backing up your work, reviewing agent actions, and complying with laws and third-party terms. Do not use the Site or project to harm others, compromise systems, or infringe rights.

Third-party services
The Site and repository may link to GitHub, coding-agent providers, package registries, and other third parties. We do not operate those services and their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link or interoperability statement does not imply endorsement.

Availability and changes
This is an early work in progress. We may change or discontinue Site content and project features without notice. References to future packages, hosted access, integrations, or releases are plans rather than commitments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and project materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the Site is legal, security, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Site or project materials. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Governing law
These Site terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer law, disputes relating to these terms are subject to the competent courts in Israel.
