01
Scope
This policy applies to https://notcodex.bpro.dev and direct communications with Yossi Elkrief, operating under the MaTrixy and BPro names. GitHub and any hosting, DNS, email, coding-agent, or package provider process information under their own policies.
02
Website data
The Site is a static website. It does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, or account cookies. The hosting and network providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamps, and security diagnostics to deliver and protect the Site.
03
Local software
When you build and run Not Codex yourself, project data, prompts, credentials, and agent activity are handled by your device and the providers you configure. We do not receive that data merely because you use the source code. Features you independently configure may communicate with third parties as documented in the repository.
04
Communications
If you email us or submit a report, we receive the information you provide and related delivery metadata. Do not send secrets or private source unless a secure channel has been agreed. Public GitHub issues and discussions are visible according to GitHub’s settings.
06
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. Email the privacy address below. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request.
07
Changes
We will update this policy before introducing materially different public data practices, such as hosted accounts or telemetry, and will change the date above.
